Scope of Services
Services are delivered as described in the written proposal or package agreed before work begins. Anything outside that scope is treated as a new request and quoted separately.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, content, images and timely approvals. Delays in feedback or content may extend delivery timelines.
Payments
Projects generally begin after an advance payment, with the balance due before launch or handover. Monthly services are billed in advance for each cycle.
Third-Party Costs
Domain, hosting, plugins, stock assets and advertising spend are third-party costs and are billed at actual, separate from service fees.
Intellectual Property
On full payment, ownership of the final delivered website content and designs transfers to you. We may display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for outcomes dependent on third-party platforms, including advertising performance, algorithm changes, hosting downtime or account restrictions.
