Advance Payments
Advance payments cover planning, design time and resources reserved for your project and are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel before any design or development work has started, the advance is refunded after deducting any third-party costs already incurred, such as domain or hosting purchases.
Cancellation During a Project
If a project is cancelled midway, you are billed for the work completed up to that point and any remaining balance is refunded.
Monthly Services
Social media management and ad management run on monthly cycles. Cancellations take effect from the next cycle; the current month is not refundable as the work is already scheduled and in progress.
Ad Spend
Advertising budget paid to Meta is controlled by the platform and is not refundable by us.
